1st Training Session of OICOA on the topic “Complaint Management Process: Reception of Complaints and Preliminary Examination”
“Following the decision taken at the Board of Directors meeting of OICOA, it has been decided to start training activities for the benefit of OICOA members. The trainings will be realized online until the COVID-19 pandemic ends
Therefore, the first training activity of OICOA will be realized by the Office of the Ombudsman Institution of Turkey on 30 December 2020 beginning at 12:00 Turkey/Ankara time over Zoom application. The training language is ENGLISH.
The topic of the training will be “Complaint Management Process: Reception of Complaints and Preliminary Examination” and will be open to all OICOA members. Training materials and Zoom link to the training will sent to participants prior to the training.
